Great experience buying a vehicle from Hollywood Imports. All the vehicles we looked at were nice, clean cars. Once we picked one to buy they made the process really easy. Great people. I’ll be back and I highly recommend.

I purchased a 2014 Audi allroad from them with 94k miles, I'm a out of state buy from GA so I didn't get to see the car in person, besides some defects that they failed to inform me about, the car threw a CEL p000a a few days after I purchased the car and had it delivered. I informed them of this and the contact at the dealership told me they never had a issue with the car and it's been 7 days since they last got back to me. I inquired again 3 days after and still no response. The oil was black and needed to be changed as soon as the car arrived. If I wasn't a mechanic it would have cost well over 500$ in parts and labor. But 100$ later in sensors and solenoids the problem has not come back up luckily. Maybe this was a one off thing but the no contact after informing them of a problem with the car I just purchased is what did it for me. **Edit on 17NOV2024** The car has started making a very loud popping when turning either direction. Everything else on this car has been perfect except the issues that keep appearing. This car was also equipped with a tracker for different door panels if somebody took your car to a chop shop? Anyway dealership had no idea what it was but failed to do anything further than inform me I was crazy. This car was supposedly driven weekly by the dealership but I beg to differ after the issues I have keep coming up. I myself have bought and sold many cars but when you're paying 13,500 for something you shouldn't have to work on it right away. Which is fair market value for the vehicle in excellent condition. **Edit 13DEC2024 The transmission has started to rough shift and shudder when coming to a stop. Car now has 98k miles and I bought it with 96k. I would absolutely avoid this dealership at all costs. The lower control arm bolts were loose causing a loud popping sound when turning.Many fasteners were missing for the skid plate and transmission skid plate is missing. The car also needs a timing chain which is a 2000$+ job per my Audi mechanic.

Bought a 2012 R8 v10 6mt from these guys. Car was higher miles but was high quality and in amazing shape as promised. I am from Texas so all negotiating took place over the phone. Micheal, the salesman not the owner, was very helpful, and Kelsey was outstanding as well! I love smaller dealership like these that are much more personable and flexible than big dealers. Don’t let the size and smaller inventory steer you away. They seem to have higher quality, gently used, specialized vehicles on the lot. We got a very fair price nailed down before I got there, and when I flew out was treated to five star service. Micheal picked me up from the airport, we did a test drive, paperwork, and I drove the R8 800 miles home right after. Highly recommend whether you’re local or an out of state buyer. Only wish they were closer! Only wish I could have met the owner!

The car buying experience at Hollywood was absolutely wonderful! Melanie took great care of us. The experience from the initial phone call to delivery was flawless. Melanie was very welcoming, professional and very kind. We drove over 4 hours from the Mississippi Gulf Coast to purchase our Abarth 124 spider due to the quality of the vehicle, the professional demeanor and assistance of Melanie. We were later arriving than expected and Melanie had everything in order for us when we did arrive. We will be doing business again with Hollywood and Melanie soon! However, I would like to clarify a few points. The issue of the vehicle burning oil was identified shortly after our purchase on February 23 and persisted for months until it rendered the engine inoperable before we decided to leave a review. Initially, we chose not to address this issue with your company, since it was an “as is” purchase, but given its ongoing nature, we felt it necessary to share our experience publicly. Regardless of when the review is written, the facts remain unchanged. We have documentation from our garage to substantiate this issue. Reviews are intended to provide honest feedback based on personal experience, and our review accurately reflects our experience with the vehicle post-purchase. While I understand your perspective regarding the condition of the vehicle at the time of sale, our post-purchase experience has been notably different. Our review reflects this genuine experience.
