The truck I was interested in had an issue with the airbag system, the salesperson kept me informed during the entire process. I was set on this truck and they did not try and pressure me into other trucks. They repaired the issue, gave me top dollar for my trade, and the whole process was seamless! During my time buying my 2026 GMC Sierra, Holman made the entire process super easy. Staff greeted my wife and me in the parking lot and made us feel comfortable right away. There was never any pressure, and he took the time to ensure the vehicle we purchased was exactly what we needed — not too much and not too little. Staff truly made the buying process smooth and stress-free from start to finish.
The staff was friendly. I was in need of a left front wheel bearing on my 2015 Colorado. On the way to Ripon, I used my cruise control with no problem. When I got the bill, I noticed that they had a speed control sensor listed. I asked about that and was told that "they wear out." I asked if the cruise would work without it and was informed that it would be inoperable. When I said that I had used the cruise on the way over, they said that they break when the bearing is removed. I don't feel like I was being told the truth.
I made an appointment and brought my 2019 Chevy Blazer in to have some troubleshooting done on my AC. They found the problem and let me know super quick and had it fixed…and my car washed!…in under 2 hours. The entire team was friendly, professional, quick, and it was just a positive experience. Thank you Homan GMC Ripon for your help! So grateful to have my AC back!
