I live almost 200miles away and traveled to Maryland to get my vehicle serviced at Hometown Auto.. I had a recurring random misfire in my gmc truck going on 4 years and after chasing it with replacing every part and shop recommendation it never got fixed.. Well I scheduled it with Hometown Auto and gave them a day before I returned home . Not only did it get fixed and my truck runs better then ever but Darren stayed late to make sure it was perfect! In my opinion there are not many places you can take your vehicle and have a mechanic with 35 years of experience actually work on your vehicle and working side by side with all the other mechanics that are also fantastic. All the work done at Hometown Auto was fair priced (Actually Cheaper then what I was prepared to pay) but thats between us so shh.. IMO Hometown Auto is a rare gem Auto shop and your taking a chance going somewhere else I learned my lesson and it was costly! I never write reviews but Hometown Auto Deserves to be recognized for the care and honesty and hard work they still strive to provide to there customers....

Hometown rocks! I’m never disappointed. Ray keeps the place running! He helps me set up appointments that will work with my schedule. The work is always top notch. The guys are very knowledgeable and do a thorough job. I’m very happy coming to Hometown.

I am a recently retired general motors service tec. 50 years in automotive repair service ASE certified master tec and class A tec in BUICK / GMC DEALER. The service here was excellent l recommend this shop to any one they can be trusted and are more than fair and helpful.
