Hometown Chevrolet

Me and my wife had been looking for a newer truck for a few months and finally noticed one on hometowns website that had all the features we wanted. I called in and got to talk to sharon, actually i talked to her a few times discussing the truck and several questions. she answered all of my questions and even waited 3 days until i could come look at it. When we arrived on Friday at noon. Ready to test drive sharon stopped eating her lunch to get the keys and tag so i could drive it. Test drove the truck and started discussing she got me 2k more for my trade in then i was expecting and also agreed to fix a issue on the truck that most sales people would just blow off as not there problem once you signed the paperwork. We had had our children with us and every person in that dealership was understanding with our kids being toddlers even had coloring books for the kids to draw and turned a movie on for them through the process to make things easier. If you have young kids you don't need a babysitter just take them with you they wont be bored. This is the second truck we have purchased from hometown chevrolet. And both times i was very satisfied with the customer service from this dealership. Never once felt pressured by sharon at all. Shes honest when it comes to numbers too they don't sugar coat money there upfront about everything. Shes good at her job. I purchased the truck and sharon has reached out twice to make sure its doing ok and if i have found any issues that might need addressed Thank you sharon and all the staff at hometown that made our vehicle buying process so much easier. You guys are awesome. We will definitely return for our next vehicle purchase

Jared Vulgamore and Devin Gragg did me a for real solid. Needed a car last minute, was recommended a super cute Kia Forte for an amazing price with low mileage, cut me a crazy deal. Whole process from start to finish only took an hour. We love hometown Chevy and will definitely be looking there for our next car!

I bought my car in February of 2018. I found it through an ad on Craigslist. It had 145k miles on it with one owner. I’ve since moved to Arizona, driving it all the way across the country and adding significant miles to it (currently sitting at 262k miles). I also installed a hitch that has gotten plenty of use. This is the best purchase I’ve ever made and driving home today reminded me of the wonderful choice I made way back then. It was $10k and even though it was raining that day they still put her through the car wash for me. The staff were nice and professional and the employee that helped us even sat in the back so my mom could get the full experience. This is my first real car after two lemons and I’m very happy I chose this one. I lived 2hrs away at the time and was able to finance and set up a pick up date over the phone. The car was ready to test drive upon my arrival and they answered all of my many questions. I had specific requirements for a loan and monthly payment and they helped me make the best choice without running my credit excessively.
