Honda Charlesbourg

This is the bad customer service of Quebec I never seen in my life like my car is not driving and she ask me to go and come and come in the next week

I purchased my Honda civic from here on 30th December 2020. Sympathetic people and honest ones.. They gave me a best deal for my new car. The new car was delivered to me in just 2 days. The processing was very fast.

Very accommodating staff. I found my " blue monster" there 💙. A used Honda civic 2019... only 25000km ; at a fair price. The salesman, Anthony also helped me when I had problem connecting my phone with the cars screen.

I recently had a technical issue with my car that required a reset, and after trying multiple Honda dealerships with no success, I was lucky enough to meet Pierre-Luc Cloutier. He went above and beyond to help me, even when others didn’t. His calm demeanor, positive attitude, and genuine willingness to assist saved my trip. He was always smiling and made me feel heard and respected throughout the process. Pierre-Luc is the perfect example of what an exceptional employee should be. Really bad. unfair, full of lies. I think a huge amount of people that gave 5 star are related to the Honda Charlesbourg (maybe employee or relatives or friends) i have not find a person that satisfy from Honda Charlesbourg, on the other hand i have found 5 persons that have a lot of problems with this branch. i bought a car from them 2 years ago, I didn't want to tell for its problems exactly after buying up to these days that I offer them a new key and I experienced again a really bad situation. and the worst thing is that the Honda Charlesbourg manager and their employee told me a lot of lies to cover their mistake, just for 100 CAD. when I bought a car from them 2 years ago after one week I found the bearing of wheels had problem, they did not accept to repair and told me we inspected completely when we sold it. but when another mechanic check the bearing he told me these problem related for a long time.
