James and his team were incredibly helpful and accommodating throughout the entire process. They took the time to answer all of my questions, explained everything clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision. I never felt rushed or pressured, which I truly appreciated. James went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and confident in my car! The level of customer service was outstanding, and you can tell they genuinely care about their customers. I been taking 3 of my cars to the New Babylon Honda and my Service Advisor is Vanessa. She is GREAT!!!! Vanessa always treats me as a valued customer. One of the main reasons i continue to purchase my cars from this Honda dealership is because of the treatment I receive from Vanessa in the Service Department. I highly recommend the Service Department and of course VANESSA as she understands that the customers value their time as mush as they value their vehicles and I would not take my cars anywhere else for service!

My daughter and I went to 12 dealers across the island, but Sam at Honda City was the best salesperson we dealt with. She was honest and straight forward answering our questions. She showed us only cars that fit our description of what we were looking for, unlike other dealers trying to sell us completely different cars we weren’t interested in. Came to honda city here in Bethpage and honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had at a dealership yet. Eduardo helped me and he was the absolute best! He is extremely knowledgeable on every single car and made the process so smooth and easy. He helped me find the exact model i wanted encouraged me to test drive the vehicles and really get a feel before I make any decision. I didn't feel rushed or forced to leave with a vehicle at all it was a very welcoming experience. He was very good with working with me to get the right numbers or the vehicle. Overall best dealership around and I recommend everyone come in and ask for Eduardo he knows his stuff and very pleasant to work with!

I bought a 2026 HRV yesterday from Honda City. Eric Chasnoff helped me through the process. It is the second Honda I have bought through Eric. He is the epitome of a great sales rep. He is friendly, professional and knowledgeable. The whole experience was very positive. If you are in the market for a new car, I would highly recommend Honda City and Eric, in particular.
