Amazing experience at Honda Libertyville. Our salesperson, Tre C. was extremely patient, professional, relatable and easy to talk to when my mother purchased her Certified Pre-Owned 2023 Honda CR-V EX. Tre was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and answered all questions to the fullest. The patience continued with Adam P. and Leo D. in finance. They provided thorough explanations of all documents, warranties and made custom recommendations to accommodate my mother’s needs. Great people to do business with. Highly recommended.

very disappointed, i got my car last year of november and everything was perfectly fine till i went in for an oil change and these guys didn’t think to make sure the skid plate was secured putting my family and i at risk. i was on a busy highway when the plate started scraping i went to find somewhere to pull over and saw they didn’t put the bolt back on to hold it and it also caused the splash guards to break from it being dragged by the skid plate. i made an appointment and they said they fixed it but they didn’t even replace the part or anything. i paid 40,000 for a civic and they want to tell me my 25,000 mile warranty expires at 24k which was never mentioned by the financial advisor. i liked honda but the lack of employee help is not worth coming here

Purchased a 2026 Civic Sport Touring Hybrid about a month ago from David. Very easy to work with and very helpful. Who knows, will probably need another car in the next few months and I might end up back there for our next vehicle.

I recently had the pleasure of having Chloe help me purchase a 2020 Tacoma. Honestly, compared to the dozen or so dealerships I've been contacting recently, she was a breath of fresh air. Fun, friendly, and most importantly, she was real with me the whole time. No fake salesperson spiel or undertones of predatory practices. During the process, I had some requests for the vehicle that no other dealership was able to fulfill. Her and Michael helped accommodate those requests and helped me feel confident in the vehicle's condition. Overall experience 6/5!

I scheduled a transmission fluid change for 10:30 a.m. and made the appointment by phone, clearly explaining the service needed and that a family member would be dropping off the car. When my family member arrived, he was told the service would take about 1.5 hours. At 2:30 p.m., I received a call asking why I missed my appointment, despite my car being there since 10:30 a.m. The dealership later admitted they forgot to check my car in and apologized, stating they had overbooked appointments by 50 cars. To make matters worse, after picking up my car, I discovered the underbody panel had not been reinstalled correctly and was dragging while driving. This was the only service I brought the car in for. Very disappointing experience due to poor communication, scheduling issues, and careless workmanship
