Just bought a car here and the process went about as smoothly as you could hope for when buying a vehicle! I worked with Travis, who was friendly, helpful, and great to communicate with throughout the process. We handled a lot over text before coming in, and he was always quick to answer questions and keep me updated. He also connected me with Donovan in finance when I had more detailed financing questions, which I really appreciated. When my husband and I arrived at the dealership, we were greeted right away and taken care of immediately. Travis showed us the vehicle, took us on a test drive, and thoroughly explained the paperwork and next steps. One thing I especially appreciated was that we were never left sitting around wondering what was going on, anytime there was a short wait, Travis checked in and kept us updated on the process. Donovan in finance was also great to work with. He was transparent, patient with all of my questions, and helped make the financing side feel much less stressful and overwhelming. Overall, the pricing was competitive, the communication was excellent, and the customer service truly stood out. I’d absolutely recommend this location, especially working with Travis and Donovan, to anyone looking for a smooth, straightforward car buying experience!

I had a GREAT experience. I was referred by someone and bought a car 1 day after they did because they took such good care of me!!! They gave me an AMAZING deal. We worked the entire deal over the phone and I drove up there, signed and left! COOPER was FANTASTIC!! 15/10 recommend!!! Also worth noting I did not have to negotiate really at all. Bought a 2027 Honda HR-V last night, my salesman Clint was amazing. I wasn’t sure what I wanted, except i knew it had to be pre-owned. Thanks to him, i got new with a lifetime warranty. He wasn’t pushy and made sure to get me a fair deal. No back and forth, no nonsense. I got more than i expected for my trade and managed to keep the same payments. Days prior to coming in I had went to Honda’s website to see what they would offer for my Subaru, a gentleman named Jarod messaged me shortly after, instead of just a message he sent a video so we could put a face to the name which I like ( I need to know who I’m talking to ) as we talked back and forth for a couple of days, my husband and I decided to see what they would offer for his truck and my car together, we then schedule an appointment and look at the numbers for a new vehicle… when we arrived we were greeted! While we waited for our appointment time we enjoyed a drink, Jarod came and found us, he was very very polite, we sat and talked numbers for a bit he even walked away and gave us time to discuss alone he was in no way pushy he grabbed the finance man ( can’t remember his name ) he was very sweet and not pushy either, we traded the truck for a 2026 Honda CRV Trailsport! Best Purchase EVER, Will definitely buy from here again!! We even recommend my husband’s grandparents take a look at this dealership and they bought a 2026 Honda Passport Trailsport and talked about how sweet Jarod was!

I shopped Morristown Honda and had a very nice experience. My sales person, Mike Majka, was super awesome. He was so helpful and was not at all pushy. I have never driven an automobile that has push button start and I was a little overwhelmed by all the new technology. He worked with me to answer my questions. He showed me what I needed to know to help me get on the road with confidence. I feel I was treated fairly and with respect. I give Morristown Honda a 💯 percent grade for my overall experience.
