Absolutely amazing experience, Joe Pittari went above and beyond to facilitate this purchase. Personally took pix, underneath the vehicle, outside the vehicle, and inside before 9 am,had them to me within minutes of my request,and answered every questionn I was purchasing "on line" which made the purchasing decision stress free..I won't find another deal this spectacular, for a long, long time...got there and was in and out in under 1hr... BEST DEALER WITHIN A THOUSAND MILES...

I had a great experience purchasing my Honda Passport from Honda of Covington. Joe Pittari and Daniel were both very nice, helpful, and not pushy at all, which I really appreciated. They cleaned the vehicle and filled it up with gas before I left, which was a really nice touch. The whole experience was smooth and stress-free. Went in for a oil service appointment and dropped my car off at noon. When I came to pick my car up after 5pm I was told the car was outside and ready to go. I paid and took my keys only to find the cabin air filter cover just sitting on my dash. I informed the service writers and installed it myself. On the way home my protective plate under my engine fell down damaging it. I had to pull on side of the interstate during rush hour. When I contacted the service department and told them about my situation they told me to get under the car and pull the plate from under the car myself with no tools. Not only would I never let them touch my car again but I wouldn't recommend anybody else go to Honda Covington service department.

He took his time and patiently explained every feature of the car and even set up all the personal settings to my liking.
