I went into Honda for an oil change on my vehicle with absolutely no intention of purchasing a new car. I purchased my first 2020 Honda Accord two years ago at Sierra Honda after the purchase I went back do maintenance on the car and the service was not great. I decided to change to Honda Downtown Los Angeles to continue my oil change every 3 months on my car. Every time I went the Honda team had an amazing customer service I decided to trade in my Honda Accord due to personal health issues. I’m very happy with the decision I made Ivan was my sales person he went above and beyond to help me get the car that I wanted and also Miguel the manager did an amazing job to help me as well.
