I just got a new Honda Civic from Honda Of Kirkland and my experience was phenomenal!! I would highly recommend Kenny Lam from Sales at this dealership for anyone looking to buy a car. He has been super patient throughout the process helping me understand and give me enough time to make my decision. 5 stars to him!! 🎉🎉 The Sales Manager has also understood my request and removed all the Dealer-offered options and didn’t force me to take any extras or add hidden charges and was wonderful to work with. There was no pressure and the whole process was quick and smooth. Big thanks to Jay from Finance as well who has helped me understand the Payment and protection plans. My Only CON: ❌ Honda as a company has been falsely promoting the Rallye Red for Honda Civic on their Social Media Accounts everywhere making it look like they sell it soo often and Ive had a terrible experience trying to find it across the Pacific North West. I have gone to 10 dealerships and no one had a clue on when and If the Red Civic Hybrid would actually arrive at their dealership. Unfortunately, they don’t have the option to build and order like other car manufacturers do. While I couldn’t get the Rallye Red I always wanted for my Honda Civic, I was able to get the Meteorite Gray Metallic which was my second option, so I’m glad. 😌

We recently bought a newer used Honda for the first time in years. Honda of Kirkland had advertised a 2018 CRV on cargurus and Carfax sales. It appeared to be the best buy anywhere from Bellingham to Seattle that met our needs. Our Salesperson Ty was a refreshing change from my experience with Car Sales People of yester year. She was helpful, attentive, honest and eager to make our vehicle purchase experience very positive. She answered questions or tracked down answers to all our needs for information. Ty came in the following day (her day off) as we finalized our deal and accepted the car after being serviced and detailed. Everyone was great from Ty in Sales, to the Sales Manager Tony, Barbara from Bussiness (getting us a warranty), to Jay in Finance. We appreciate the thorough inspection, service and written service report provided. The vehicle Car Fax report with the car's past history was reassuring. We wished we lived closer to Honda of Kirkland, but it was worth the one hour drive from north Snohomish County to Kirkland. We love our CVR, we'll be back for future service.

We had a great experience at Honda of Kirkland. We have now purchased two cars there. They offered the most competitive pricefor our last two cars over any other dealership in the area. We have purchased two other cars at other Honda lots, and this is our favored location due to two people. Riley is a great salesman, and a pleasure to work with. I felt like he was working to get us the best deal possible. Also, Memo helpfully explained warranties and was super honest about the packages, he helped us understand what was reasonable or valuable for us given our personal preferences/circumstances. Hoping not to need a car anytime soon, but if I did I’d come here.
