He made sure the car checked every box for me and kept the price right where I needed it to be. He helped in every way he could and made sure I left completely satisfied. I had a very pleasant car-buying experience for my 2025 Honda Pilot Sports FWD at Honda of Salisbury, primarily thanks to my sales associate, Mr. Erik Lawhon. Erik was truly wonderful to work with—honest, down-to-earth, and transparent throughout the entire process. What I appreciated most was his no-pressure approach; he never made repeated follow-up calls or pushed me into a decision, which made the experience comfortable and stress-free. He genuinely worked hard to secure a competitive price, and his professionalism and integrity earned my trust—enough for me to drive over 3 hours from Florence, SC to complete the purchase. It was absolutely worth it. I would rate my experience with Erik a 9/10. The Finance Manager, Mr. Jon Curtis, was also polite and professional. He explained everything clearly and was helpful during the process. While an extended warranty was discussed at the time of purchase, my follow-up request regarding its cancellation is currently in progress, and I am hopeful it will be resolved with a full refund. Overall, this was a positive and respectful experience. I would confidently recommend Honda of Salisbury, and Mr. Erik Lawhon in particular, to anyone looking for honest, customer-focused service. If you’re visiting this dealership, Erik is definitely the person to ask for.

Brandon Evans was amazing to work with! He was very friendly and made the whole situation feel calm and not stressful at all. He really took his time and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. All of the staff at Honda of Salisbury were also very helpful and friendly, which made the experience even better. This was definitely the smoothest process I’ve ever encountered! I’m so happy with my Honda Civic and couldn’t be more pleased. Honda of Salisbury is the dealership to go to. Super nice people, Kade our salesman, Angelica the internet pro, the finance guy Andy and the sales manager Tom. We have to drive from Jacksonville Florida to Honda of Salisbury where we find the car that we were looking for and the price of the car that we were happy with.
