I had a great experience at Honesdale CDJR purchasing my new vehicle. From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, stress-free, and actually enjoyable. Jeff Humphrey was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout the whole process. He made everything easy to understand, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured. Buying a car can sometimes feel overwhelming, but Jeff made it pleasant and straightforward from beginning to end. Cesar in finance was also a pleasure to work with. He explained everything clearly, made the paperwork process simple, and was very professional and friendly. The general manager was great as well and helped make the overall experience even better. It’s rare to find a dealership where the entire team works together to make customers feel comfortable and valued. I truly appreciated the honesty, professionalism, and excellent customer service from everyone at Honesdale CDJR. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a new vehicle!

I purchase my truck December 23 on my way to Christmas dinner I began to hear a noise in which as a mechanic I believed to be the transmission pump. Brought my truck to them and there tech assured me that the transmission was fine and that it just needed an idler pulley. Picked the truck back up after them replacing the idler pulley and the noise was still there. I then sent my gf with my truck while I was at work to take a tech on a test drive and show them the noise . The tech still said he heard nothing and after me explaining it to him on the phone while he was driving with my gf he agreed it needed a new transmission pump and torque converter and would put a warranty claim in to get it taken care of . It took one month to get the claim approved and another 3 for them to get the parts in but finally my truck will be repaired …… not . They replaced the pump and the converter and I picked up the truck and the noise was gone and I was more than pleased . That is until I lifted my truck up at my job the same day I picked it up from them to check over the repair . The truck had oil all over underneath it and was leaking from the transfer case output shaft seal something they had touched during the repair . Brought my truck back the very next morning so that they could fix this issue and they told me it wasn’t anything they did the seal that they had just touched just miraculously went bad and they’d have to do another claim in which I’m not gonna drive my truck another 4 months leaking . This place is a joke every time I call they dodge my calls can’t get a hold of anyone . I wouldn't touch this place with a 10ft pole. Do yourself a favor and steer clear if I could give them a 0 start review I would.

When I say my hour drive here was worth every minute and sec. I worked with Nick and Jena, I think it's her name. Can't miss her, she is the super sexy well dressed long coat, short hair women with beautiful nails. Anyways, I went day 1 got a bill of sale, day 2 did some minor adjustments with paperwork which they handled expeditiously with no hassle or hesitation. Left with car, there was a minor piece to be fixed, again they fixing it with no issues, even adding my rain guards with no hesitation.

Our sales experience was great. Got my Wrangler in my dream color at a price we were happy with. HOWEVER that’s where the experience stops. Service is awful. They never answer the phone, like ever. I’ve literally had to drive down there just to walk in and see everyone standing around doing nothing. Have not been happy once using this service dept. The techs are great if you get to deal with them one on one but that’s about it. And don’t bother asking the desk any questions harder than is my car done, they don’t know. They will have to get your tech anyways so just ask to speak them directly or go home not knowing. We switched to Suresky in Goshen. Bought a brand new RAM Cummins and they serviced my Jeep at the same time. They were able to answer my questions regarding my recall, and super awesome to deal with. Will GLADLY drive all the way there to avoid having to use this dealer again.
