Honolulu Affordable Car Rental and Sales Waipahu Location

If you need an affordable Prius to rent, this is the only place on the island to go to! The driver and insurance verification is super easy (probably because I have full coverage) but there is a deposit needed befofe pickup at one of their many lots. Pickup and drop off are easy and the car is in excellent condition. I did get a flat tire during my weekly rental and had to pay that out of my pocket but such is life as the fault was mine. Otherwise a great rental experience and deposit returned a day after drop off and inspection. Will rent from these guys again and recommend to everyone!

I was skeptical at first, but this place is the real deal! I had the best car rental experience I’ve ever had in Hawaii. During peak season, Alamo was charging $150 per day for a Toyota Camry, while HACR offered a Honda Odyssey at a much more competitive rate. This will absolutely be my go-to choice for car rentals in Oahu from now on. They have four locations, though it would be great if customers could return vehicles to a different location than where they picked them up. That said, the contactless process was seamless, and I was truly impressed by their innovative business model. Wishing you continued success!
