I had a wonderful experience at this dealership. CJ was attentive, patient, and dedicated to helping me find the exact vehicle to meet my family’s needs. The buying process was simple and quick, and I appreciated the “no hassle” atmosphere offered by this dealership. I would absolutely do business here again and recommend anyone looking for a vehicle to give this dealership an opportunity to earn their trust.

This was one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever had. The service was unprofessional, unreliable, and completely below the standard expected from a business representing major automotive brands. Promises were made and then ignored. Communication was poor, accountability was almost nonexistent, and the overall treatment I received made me feel that this dealership does not value every customer equally. In my personal experience, the way I was treated raised serious concerns about unfair and discriminatory customer service practices. I strongly believe this location needs to be reviewed by corporate management, because the conduct I experienced does not reflect the standards, ethics, or professionalism that should come with this brand name. A dealership should be honest, transparent, and respectful. This place failed in all of those areas. I would strongly warn anyone considering doing business here to be extremely careful. Do not rely on verbal promises, and make sure everything is documented in writing. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this dealership to anyone. The level of service, fairness, and professionalism was unacceptable.

Honest, friendly, and reliable staff, quick to respond, and helpful with any and all questions. I traded a car into this dealership, and sold another to them 2 years later. The staff was extremely patient and friendly both times, spoke and worked with me outside of work hours related to some issues, and overall was helpful in all areas. They offered me very competitive pricing for both vehicles that I sold/traded into them, and overall worked well to assist me throughout the entire process. This dealership is both military friendly and helpful with customers who have a lot of questions like myself. I would highly recommend this dealership to a friend or colleague, and had a fantastic experience both times I was working with them.

I had one of the worst service experiences at Honolulu GMC, mainly because of the service manager Jeremy. Communication was terrible from start to finish. I felt ignored, disrespected, and treated like my time and money didn’t matter at all. My vehicle sat there with little to no updates, and every time I asked questions I got attitude instead of actual help. A service manager is supposed to make customers feel confident and informed, but Jeremy did the complete opposite. Very unprofessional behavior and poor customer service. I expected much better from a GMC dealership. Instead, the experience was stressful, frustrating, and disappointing. I would not recommend this service department to anyone unless they seriously improve how they treat customers and communicate. 1 star is honestly generous for the experience I had.

Anthony Santiago was professional easy going with great expertise on helping me purchase my 2026 GMC Sierra he also had an awesome sense of humor and kept me laughing making my experience comfortable and not feeling pressured you ROCK ANTHONY!!!! 💪🏾💯😎
