Honor GMC Hummer

I came from Escondido to make my purchase because the customer service elsewhere was lacking, and I wanted to feel confident about where I was making such a large purchase. When I called, Larry immediately made sure I was taken care of. He connected me with Eddie, and together we worked out a great deal. When I arrived to finalize the purchase of my truck, Eddie already had the vehicle detailed, cleaned, and ready for me to see. The entire process was smooth and efficient, and we completed the paperwork as quickly as possible. I also want to add that I’ve been a lifelong Toyota driver, but decided to switch to GMC because I wanted a luxury off-roading vehicle that fits my lifestyle. I live on a ranch and need something capable of hauling my horses while still offering comfort and performance. I highly recommend making your purchase at National City GMC.

IMAGINE CALLING 3 MONTHS LATER ASKING IF IM INTERESTED BUT WHEN I WAS THERE YOU WOULDNT EVEN GIVE ME THE TIME OF DAY AFTER OUR TEST DRIVE. CLOWNS. Wild stuff at this dealer. They want retail pricing for used cars and even add markups like youre buying something that hasn't been sitting on the lot for 3 years. I came in looking at hummers, the salesman was extremely kind and the manager was very kind as well. Then came the numbers near retail for a used car eith 10k miles thats almost 3 years old. When they followed up, they told me they had sold it (why call me then?) Well, low and behold, I drive by on my way to the work and theres the car. In all of its disastrous glory. Filthy and damaged like it had been hit by someone. The matte paint ruined by dirt not cleaned off. Im so glad they lied to me.

Came in with a special request, I had lots of negative equity on my car and needed lot of help, Adrian and Javier went to work, even though they were short staffed, they worked with me and helped me get in a better situation, providing me with multiple options to choose from. This wasn't easy for them, but they took the time to help a brother out, really appreciate them. I was able to fix the money issue and walk away with the V8 truck I always wanted.
