I wanted to upgrade my 2011 VW Tiguan but when I got to Hoover office, I didn’t like the available VWs that are around my budget. So we gave Lamar our budget and he was able to find a 2022 Kia that was traded in. Lamar was friendly and courteous throughout the process. I’m enjoying my car apart from the check sign that it currently displayed after a week of driving. We took it back and their manager said it’s sold as it is.

Purchase this car in the process of a move. 2 stars because I got it for a good price that was negotiated with Keith and John, would’ve given it a 1 star for the service I received. Ultimately there were issues with the car and when I reached out to get it fixed the next day no one did anything. Basically gave me the run around. This issue was already there when they got the car and was in process of selling it to me. This should have been fixed prior to me picking it up. A lot of issues also with the paperwork. I did docu sign then was told I had to sign the papers again in office. Idk just very very sketchy behavior. The sales manager was focused on why I was “offended” when I explained that I was frustrated because I had to wait 3 hours for “ a car wash” just to then be told I still had paperwork I could’ve been doing over the 3 hours. Also I was told I only get a half tank of gas because I got a used car that was almost 30k by the way.

We thoroughly enjoyed our experience and the purchase of a new VW Tigron. What made the experience exceptional was dealing with the Sales Representative Hunter. There was NO pressure and he answered all of our questions honestly and thoroughly.. no sales weasel jargon! He was the main reason we were sold on the car! Give him a raise or at least a good reward on the commission!! Now to sell my sweet 2008 Mazda MX-5 to help offset the costs of cars these days.. no negative reflection on the car, sales rep. Dealership or manufacturer. We are pleased… thank you
