I had a great experience purchasing my new car with my sales representative, Haig Sujohn, and my sales manager, Kao Saeteurn. Both were polite, professional, and made the buying process smooth and painless. They were both very efficient and helped me get out the door with the car that I wanted in a timely manner. I first met with Haig for a test drive. He did an excellent job of going over my purchasing options, and the condition and service history of my car as a used vehicle. Kao did an excellent job of reviewing my financing options and going over the coverage offered by warranties. I never felt any pressure from them to make additional purchases, and both were transparent and thoroughly explained all of the conditions of the buying process. I highly recommend working with them if you're looking to buy a new car.

Haig! What an excellent salesperson! He made the entire experience of purchasing a used RDX fun, painless and easy. He was very accommodating with what we asked for and extended his service even after contracts were all signed. We will be seeking him out again for when we are ready for another Acura. I would like to give Hopkins Acura a Six-Star review, one extra for the extra service Haig provided. We purchased a used Honda Civic from the dealer, the process was very smooth and efficient. However, when we got home, we found that one of the Honda smart key didn't work. Haig managed to contact the previous owner. After the previous owner mentioned they had no idea why one of the smart key was wrong, Haig talked to Hopkins Acura's service department to program a digital key, and himself even went to the Honda dealer to get the blade key for us. Now we have two full sets smart keys. Really appreciate Haig's time and effort. The quality of this used vehicle and their service won our heart!

Haig and Ricardo are the BEST at the dealership. I got a flat tire and was able to get it all taken care of within a day! The tow truck dropped it off right before closing and Haig stayed late to make sure the gate was open. First thing in the morning Ricardo ordered the new tire and it was all fixed by the afternoon. Can’t thank them enough for getting everything resolved so quickly!
