This was the easiest car purchase I have ever made. Mateo is the salesman that every car lot needs! There was zero pressure from him. He was sensitive to our needs, friendly and knowledgeable of the vehicle we decided on. He explained our new Ram to us including how the electronics work and the rebates they offered towards the purchase. We walked out with a brand new Ram in about 2 hours! I am 100% confident that could have been cut in half had he not already had the other vehicle already drawn up and had to redraw the new truck paperwork again. 5 stars to all the staff that we worked with. I was in the market for a Side by Side, SxS, or whatever you know them by. Did a ton of research. Great offerings from 4 manufacturers, all of which were running in the $30K-$50K range with an enclosed cab and HVAC…I know, I know…why would I want that? Well because I did. A/C worked good, 4 wheel drive systems very acceptable, BUT: they are all very noisy. If you know, then you know, but I wasn’t aware that it wasn’t what I really wanted at my age (old), and to haul my dad around in the desert enjoying the scenery. Enter Horne CDJR. A no-frills, but solidly built Jeep Gladiator with skid plates, and a fine HVAC system, not to mention a great Nav system that I can run On X Off-road on from my phone has worked out to be just the ticket. My dad can get in it with the running boards, as can my wife, and that was all we needed. It is a no-frills yet very nice off road capable 4WD that opens up a world that in most cases, a utility based fancy expensive Side by Side would certainly access, but a much better experience for this old man. Quiet, cool, top and doors come off if I want, and even though a little bit wider than a SxS, is just right. So, if you want the same experience I have had, let Rob and John at Horne CDJR in Safford get you fixed up. You’ll be pleased when your new Jeep costs about the same or way less than a fancy utility SxS. Not throwing shade, just saying…

Service managers Toni and Rene listened to and recorded our concerns. They communicated them to the service technician Vaughn Sherman. Vaughn patiently listened to all of our questions and answered them thoroughly until we were satisfied. He performed all the repairs in a timely and professional manner. The parts team ordered the timing chain kit and camshafts as efficiently as possible. Immediately after picking up our van, we took it for a rigorous test drive. It performed beautifully!! I did an online KBB on our truck through their dealership website. Within 5 minutes I received a call from Mateo. He was courteous, knowledgeable and not pushy at all!! We did a preapproval on Thursday went and picked up our brand new truck on Friday! I can’t say enough nice things about this place. They all were extremely nice and I would 100% recommend them over their competitors who couldn’t even find time to return my phone call. I will definitely be buying my next vehicle from them!!
