Howard Bentley Buick GMC

My wife was searching for a new vehicle and visited several dealerships, but we felt we were getting the runaround. I decided to call the Howard Bentley Buick GMC dealership, which is about an hour's drive away. I spoke with a young man named Noah and explained the car my wife was interested in, as well as the price range we were looking for. He offered a very reasonable counteroffer, and we scheduled a meeting for the next morning. Prior to this visit, we had received offers over the phone from other dealerships, but none had held up when we arrived—there was always an excuse. However, when we got to Howard Bentley, Noah presented a quote sheet that didn't match the price he had quoted earlier, though he said he still needed to apply the rebates. When he did it was spot on. The paperwork process was extremely easy and didn’t take too long, as is typical with contracts. There were upgrade options available, but the financing officer didn't pressure us into anything, making the experience great from start to finish. During the process, I even asked Noah to help me look at another vehicle. After some negotiation, I agreed to a price that included free home delivery. In a few years, when it’s time to buy again, I hope the dealership maintains this level of character and dedication to customer support. We will definitely return and recommend this dealership, largely because of Noah's excellent assistance. Please extend our thanks to him and all those involved with our purchases.

Fantastic Car Buying Experience. I searched Autotrader using a 500 mile radius search criteria for a GMC Denali 1500 truck, and just so happens that the best advertised prices were are Howard Bentley GMC in Albertville, Alabama which isn’t far from where I am located. My sales point of contact was Mr. Jordan Wells. Mr Wells was courteous and professional and beared with me while I asked him to work various scenarios (buying, leasing, without trade, with trade, etc) via multiple emails and phone calls. I negotiated a deal with my trade via email but did not leave a deposit as I was unsure at that point. I drove to the dealership that afternoon to test drive the vehicle only to find the truck I was interested in had sold that morning before I arrived. Anyways, because the dealership has a vast selection of new trucks Mr Wells was able to find a similar vehicle that I actually preferred and was able to honor the same sales pricing on this other vehicle. Mr Wells was very professional, honest, courteous and personable which is a refreshing change from the big city dealerships. Mr. Wells realized I lived out of town and went well beyond what was expected of him and provided an additional level of service that one rarely experiences nowadays. As a collector of cars, boats, and motorcycles I have made quite a few purchases over the years and this dealership really stands out. I would highly recommend Howard Bentley GMC in Albertville, Alabama. If you do decide to purchase from Howard Bentley GMC ask for Mr. Jordan Wells. You will not regret it.

I was incredibly impressed with the entire experience at Howard Bentley, from Javie (rep) giving me detailed info on the vehicle, to the process and how they walk me comfortably through the life cycle. 5 stars aren't enough to show my support and respect. And Oscar finished off the process with the financial aspects, and then they delivered the vehicle in mint comdition, full tank and ready to go. thank you again.

The buying/trade in process was extremely easy. Mr. Rich was very helpful and communicated well. I was also inside the radius of free delivery, so that was a huge bonus! I have no complaints at all!
