Hubler Acura

I had no issues with this dealer. They did try to up-sell here and there but took "no" at face value which was appreciated. I have been here twice in the last 12 years, once to buy a used vehicle and once to buy my first new one and both times had a genuinely pleasant experience. These guys are actual people who seem to somewhat give a shit, which is seemingly rare in the industry. They did everything I asked them to do and got me exactly what I asked for, can't argue with that. If I ever need an Acura, this is where I would go every time and I would not hesitate to buy a used vehicle from this dealer if needed.

I’m highly satisfied with Hubler Acura. I, like a jerk, walked in an hour before close with a desire to buy a car, but I had done little research and taken zero test drives. I have very little extra time, and these awesome people took it in stride. Jonas was welcoming and accommodating. He took a moment to ascertain my needs before giving me any recommendations. He wasn’t pushy, and he gave me the time I needed to work out my decision. They gave me opportunity to clean out my trade-in on another day, and I left within a couple of hours with my new car. I never felt upsold or pressured, and I’m very presently surprised with the level of professionalism here. I anticipate that I’ll be back in the future.

Highly recommend Hubler Acura. If you go, ask for Jonas. He took great care of us, really knew the vehicles inside and out, and just gave us the information we needed to make the right choice for ourselves without any pressure. Gino was also great to work with on the used side and made the whole buying process smooth. Solid team all around, definitely recommend checking them out.
