Pretty disappointing experience so far with this dealership. It has been extremely difficult to get in touch with the service department to schedule something as simple as an oil change. In addition, I have had an issue with the tailgate since purchasing this truck, and the dealership is unable to provide a loaner vehicle so I can leave it for diagnosis and repair. When you spend this much money on a brand-new truck, you expect a higher level of customer service and support after the sale. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. If service after the purchase is important to you, I would recommend looking at other dealerships before making a decision.

I used to have great experiences with the service department back when it was Beck Toyota. Scheduling a service or oil change was always quick and easy. Since Hubler bought the dealership, it’s been a completely different experience. Now when I call and press 3 for the service department, the phone just keeps ringing with no answer. I’ve tried calling from both my personal phone and my work phone, and still no one picks up, it just goes to voicemail. It’s really frustrating because the service used to be so reliable. At this point I’m honestly considering taking my 4Runner somewhere else for service. I really miss the level of customer care Beck Toyota used to provide.

Toby Moore is a wonderful salesperson to work with. He communicates well and and doesn’t pressure you. He was able to arrange a dealer trade to get me the Toyota 4Runner Platinum I’ve been coveting for 18 months. Joe in the Finance Department was very nice and easy to work with, too. He handled the paperwork efficiently and didn’t apply pressure or use all the standard talking points you often hear at dealerships.

All the stuff and managers are very nice. Transaction was so smooth. The best buying experience I’ve ever had. Specially Robert is very helpful. Will definitely recommend to friends and family. Will do business with you guys in the future .
