Took my niece to get a car here after I had a good experience at Luther Chevrolet in Hudson. I feel awful now, as she spent $20,000 on a vehicle 6 weeks ago and now it already needs several hundred dollars in repairs. Bad spark plugs, bad seal, needs an oil change, and a bad coolant temp sensor and TWO DEAD FOB BATTERIES. What kind of shady outfit is this? I recommended it based on my experience in 2017. Clearly, it has gone downhill. I am also in the market for a new used vehicle, but this has made me rethink my choice of dealership. A vehicle purchased on 12/14/23 should NOT need hundreds of dollars in service by 1/29/2024. Unacceptable. I absolutely regret recommending this dealership. The best I can do is to avoid them myself and help you avoid them too. Especially if your purchaser is a younger female. Additionally, she brought it back in 3 weeks ago for moisture on the headlight and they didn't notice any of these issues. And she still hasn't received the coupon they talked her into purchasing for $680+! So much for getting deals on oil changes when she has about $700 in repairs ahead of her NOW. I seriously regret recommending this place. My goal is to protect this young woman that I love, and now all I can do is write this review.

Will NEVER recommend this place for service. Went in for warranty repairs and ended up spending over $2000 .Yes I had all 4 brakes done so yeah that's around $1000 ..They charged for diagnostics , tire rotation and another service that I wanted to wait on till spring. Brought my jeep in for leaking caliper which caused brakes to lock up and wear thru the rotor . The list goes on, and I will never go back there.

Stopped in on a Saturday to get some parts. Their first problem here is the parking lot is too crowded -- terrible layout/design. Parking is very limited, so good luck finding a parking space if you're driving a truck not a small car. Finally found a space I could actually park a truck in. I walked in only to find that though the dealer is open, their parts department is only open until 2PM. I walked up to the parts counter at 2:03PM only for someone to say parts department is closed. Frustrating since I needed some parts for a friend's truck and would've been up to the counter in time had I not had to find a space I could actually park in, much less a space that wasn't on the completely opposite side of the dealership that the parts department is at. Most dealerships I've been to have plenty of parking right up front for their paying customers that's close to the front doors for easy access to all the departments in the dealer. I won't go back here for parts again based off that customer service and their poor lot design. They literally turned away business by not seeing if they could still get parts for me. This alone would make me not want to buy a car/truck from them if that's how their customer service is going to be. I'll stick with my GM products when it comes to my own vehicles. If they could step up their customer service, I'd MAYBE give them a chance to earn my business again.

Just purchased a Jeep from Hudson Chysler. Very pleased with their attention to detaill, explanation, and help in the purchasing process. I found their salesman ( Gabe M.) very helpful and their entire team was extremely accomodating! Excellent inventory to choose from!

Amazing Service everytime! Jessica has always been amazing to work with each time I've brought my car in! Definitely recommend!
