I picked up my new Kia lease this week. I have been working with Tim Fenech for years now and am always impressed with his service. He is very responsive, attentive and knowledgeable.

Awful experience trying to purchase a vehicle. Found a vehicle online that they had at this dealership. Sales staff strung me along telling me that they were possibly trading the vehicle to another dealership but assured me I was the only one interested in the vehicle. Sales staff then called back to take a deposit down, then called me again telling me that they had sold the vehicle to someone else. Very poor customer service.

We bought a Kia Soul from this location back in April. Brenda was fantastic to deal with. Not long after getting the car our key fob stopped working, but we were able to bring it in and they put a new battery in for us right away. We have since taken it in for oil changes and have had positive experiences with the staff there. We ended up in on a Saturday a couple weeks ago with an issue but the service department was closed. The assistant manager (I wish I had gotten his name) helped us out tremendously! We were so thankful for all his help. Highly recommend Listowel Kia, I know when we are looking for another car in the future we will definitely be back!
