I wanted to drop a quick review - after working with Hudson Valley Chrysler Dodge regarding premature undercarriage rust on my 2022 Ram 1500. The dealership stepped up, treated the undercarriage, and addressed a cosmetic issue responsibly. The team was extremely professional, responsive, and clearly made an effort to help resolve the situation. When corporate didn’t step in, the local dealership did what they could to take care of me. I appreciate their willingness to stand behind their customer and make the experience better.

Let me introduce Isabella my green challenger. When it comes to maintenance, im a bit eccentric. I was experiencing a vibration at highway speeds. Worse in 5th and 6th gears. Every time I brought her into a shop they told me alignment or unbalanced tires while even getting second opinions. Finally I called hudson valley ram service and made an appointment. Shortly after drop off max called to inform of the solution. When i say Max and his team went above and beyond for me. Id much rather pay for a driveshaft before I'm sitting on the side of the road.
