This is a great dealership!! I can truly say this was a pleasurable experience from the start to the finish! No pressure, no snarky salesmen, giving good information and the best customer care. Kim Richards deserves high praise for her efficient work in getting us the color we wanted. She did every aspect of the car, even calling our insurance guy to add the new vehicle. She was friendly, easy to talk to and oh so kind. She answered every question and explained many aspects of the car. Brady Brothers in the finance end of the purchase was also great to deal with, explaining how the lease works. We drove out of the dealership with a 2026 Forester Premium, a full tank of gas and a shiny vehicle in a gorgeous Dark Mahogany Pearl color! I highly recommend this dealership! You will not be disappointed!

I wanted to leave a review for Brittany (specifically) in sales I believe. She had been in contact with us about repurchasing our 2024 outback. She was a TREMENDOUS help with everything, super professional and outstanding. We ended up selling to carmax solely because of the fact the vehicle basically needed sold immediately that day. But I wanted to take time to recognize her efforts and give her credit where it’s due. If you are looking for a Subaru, or to even sell your current vehicle, I highly recommend giving Huebner Subaru a call and asking for Britt! She definitely deserves a raise! 🫣😂 But in all seriously, thank you Britt for all the help you were throughout the last week. You guys have earned my recommendation from here on out! Thank you!

My wife and I hoped to trade in our used Subaru Outback for a new one. We had never before dealt with Huebner. Dale Olbon in sales and Adam Ketchum in finance were both terrific -- pleasant, knowledgeable, and professional. We were in and out of the dealer with the new car in about three hours. This time included a lengthy test drive. A couple days earlier we had checked out another dealer, but Huebner offered us a much better deal. We have bought many cars, and overall, this was the best experience ever with a dealership. We strongly recommend Huebner.

Had my Ascent in for service,as well as needing windshield replacement under warranty. Excellent service from the start when I checked in continuing until the pick up of my car. It had to stay longer than I originally planned so I was provided a very nice,clean loaner car. Russ was very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and provided me with updates as they were available. I appreciate the customer service that was provided, I have had experience with many other dealships and as female I can tell you that more often than not this type of service is not the norm. I highly recommend it is well worth the drive.

Last week my wife and I bought a 2024 Legacy Sport. Ryan Kiko was our salesperson and he exceeded every expectation. He had all the paper work ready for us before we got there as we had to drive an hour out to the dealership. The car was in absolutely perfect shape, and no haggling or pressure from Ryan. Then we moved on to finance with Adam Ketchum. Another absolutely great experience! No pressure or major up sale to talk about. He is super knowledgeable and helpful. Then bam we had everything done, handed us keys and said call if we need anything. This was by far the best car buying experience in my lifetime. Thank you guys for everything start to finish!!!
