Huffines Chevrolet Plano

I really want to take the time to give all the praise and respect to this dealership at Huffines in Plano and especially to my salesman Jose Alvarez and finance advisor Kai I was in Dallas on vacation and my Escalade motor seized up it was a horrible day having this thing towed back to my cousin's house and I made it over to the dealership and when I say that Jose and the dealership gave me everything that I wanted without any kind of hassle I mean it! They were the most professional team I have ever dealt with the most respectful team and they closed at 8:00 p.m. and these guys were there with me to almost 10:00 p.m. at night to make sure that I had a vehicle to be able to drive back to Corpus Christi be professionalism is 10 Stars on her salesman was so thorough there was no BS with these guys they helped me more than anybody I have ever dealt with I recommend this dealership and Jose Alvarez above anybody that I have bought vehicles from trust me when I say if you go car shopping over here you will not be disappointed thanks again to the whole team over at Huffines Chevrolet I appreciate everything

I recently bought a Corvette. Matt Major and Peter Speers were my awesome sales team. I hate the whole dealer negotiation process and amount of time spent at the dealer. I was able to negotiate 100% of my deal online with zero sales pressure. It was by far the best buying experience and I buy a lot of cars. The delivery process was streamlined, finance was 100% online via a smart tablet. I left the dealer with my entire sales transaction on a USB thumb drive. Highly recommend Matt and Peter. Recently went for oil change service advisor was Reggie and he was awesome!! Explained everything to me & didn't push a bunch of unnecessary services that weren't needed, but provided education of current & upcoming services. I trust this location with my vehicle more than the place I purchased it. Check out was quick & awesome customer service. Joby was BY FAR the best sales rep we have ever dealt with. The level of care was exceptional. He went way above and beyond during the entire process from not only helping make the numbers work by having knowledge of things like warranty refunds, but he also set up our entire vehicle before we left to our preferences such as seat position, android auto, onstar, trunk position etc.
