I had such a great experience at this Huffines location, especially since this is our second vehicle purchase from Huffines. Scott was amazing and made the entire process completely seamless. He worked hard to get me a good rate, and the payments were exactly what I was hoping for. After being in an accident and having my vehicle totaled the previous week, I honestly was not looking forward to buying another car, but this experience completely changed that. I’m so happy with both my new car and the service I received. Bill from finance was also very kind and helpful throughout the process. My husband and I were extremely pleased with Scott and the entire Huffines team. Thank you again for making this such a positive experience!

From start to finish, flawless experience! I really wasn’t trying to buy anything, Jonathan (the sales) made it so easy he never misquoted any pricing, himself or the dealership. Informed me of my vehicle being misrepresented on carfax. Thought it was some kind of “dealership ploy”. Nope just being helpful. Basically did most of the leg work while I was away from home. Came in and looked at trade and new vehicle I feel both deals were fair very good definitely good on my new truck. Can’t remember the name of the finance lady However she was excellent, fast and not pushy!! 5 star Thanks!!!

My salesman Joe k was excellent. He was no-nonsense. Very cordial. Very nice. Didn't pressure at all and got us what we wanted. Never in my life did I think purchasing a vehicle would be a pleasurable experience. I’ve done it before, and of course have seen all the nightmare stories on social media. Nobody wants to do it. Days of prep work, nightmares at night thinking you will get lied to, tricked or scammed by the salesman.. However, Huffines CJDR Lewisville has completely changed my views on car dealerships and shown me purchasing a vehicle can literally be as simple and carefree as purchasing a coffee. My saleswoman was Irene, and the woman who did my finance was Raquel. Between these two employees combined, I probably spent a total of 45 minutes in the dealership sitting in a chair. Isn’t buying a vehicle supposed to take days of negotiations? Sales tactics? Reverse psychology? Shady business? “Let me go talk to my manager so we can find a new way to scam you”? None of that goes on here and WHAT A RELEIF that was. There were zero hidden fees on my vehicle, zero back and forth with the sales manager, zero bargaining, I wasn’t bothered with all the extra expensive add-on stuff, I just picked my car, she let me drive it by myself and take my time, she showed me the price, and I said okay, then we did 5-10 minutes of paperwork. I will say, I did come prepared with a pre-approval and had my down payment in my hand, so that obviously made the process easier. However, I am convinced if you go in there unprepared, you will still have a pleasurable experience, especially if you go see Irene and Raquel! The post-sale process has been great too. If I have any questions, I just text my saleswoman and she’s right there with an answer. It’s just like texting a friend. Everything was just EASY and I can’t wait to send some of my buddies there for their next vehicle. Thanks ladies!! And thanks Huffines CJDR for hiring such great people to represent your brand.
