if I could rate a negative number I definitely would. What “mechanics “ takes longer than an hour on a diagnostic after pretty much knowing it was gonna be junk. & then proceeded to try to charge over $200 to even give the key back. When I spoke to the man that did it himself, he had an attitude and was rude. I don’t play that so I definitely was back and once I mentioned his HORRIBLE customer service and his attitude & hung up. he called back taking the price down $50, dumb founded people do not need to be in dealerships.

Sam Burris was an awesome sales person. Was very patient with me. Helped me through the process of making my purchases at Hugh White. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

My wife purchased a 2019 GMC Terrain. After having it for 91 days it breaks down. We paid extra for extended warranty and in which I don't know why. They told us that they didn't have a dealership that could diagnose it so it was sent to Don Woods in Logan. After they diagnosed it we was informed that the repair bill was $5100. We was told that the warranty company that is also through Hugh White wasn't responsible for any of the repairs. I was then informed that they did have a dealership that could diagnose the vehicle so they could talk to the warranty company and figure out why they're not paying for the repairs but it was up to us to pay a $1000 invoice before they would release our vehicle from Don Woods. Now on top of a vehicle we're paying 17k for that's broke down, now are expected to pay $1000 more for diagnostics that they could have done themselves. This vehicle was our livelihood, my wife's way too and from work as well as getting our 2 year old son to his appointments. We literally feel like we have been scammed out of about $20,000. Very unhappy with the lies and the fact that they aren't willing to do more on their behalf. No matter what we still have to pay $17k + on a vehicle that we got to drive for 91 days and is now a big paperweight.

I had a great experience working with Samantha. She was very knowledgeable and very helpful. She helped me out a lot and got me into a new Ram 1500 that I love. Would definitely recommend the dealership and Samantha to anyone.

I worked with Samantha and she was absolutely wonderful!!! She helped me through multiple options and was fantastic on working with me on my budget to help me get something safer for winter, for my first dealership experience she set the bar high for anyone else. Absolutely fantastic service!
