This is my second leased vehicle with Nissan and my second time working with Yannick and I wouldn't hesitate in making it a third time in the future. Car buying can be overwhelming and daunting, what I appreciate most about Yannicks service is that he provides friendly, straight-forward service in which the information is delivered simply and thoroughly so that if you are not an expert in this area, you can still follow along and feel comfortable in your decision and your contract agreement. The entire process was easy, stress-free and I felt comfortable signing on the dotted line in the end, thanks to both Yannick and Mathieu. But the great service didn't end there! Yannick followed up with me after a few days to check in and see if I had any questions, which I did, and was able to drop in that same evening to see him. He helped me set up my User profile for Android Auto and very quickly resolved some issues I was having (user issues that is lol, not the car itself). Great team at the Hull location and so far, very much enjoying my new ride - 2026 Kicks AWD SV premium in the bright and sunny Yuzu yellow and black. I recently purchased a Nissan Ariya from Hull Nissan, and I would like to thank Antonni and Mathieu for their professionalism. It was a good car-buying experience. Antonni was very patient and did not show any pressure to sell. His positive attitude and customer service have convinced us to finalize the buying process. Everything was handled smoothly, making the purchase stress-free. So far, we are extremely happy with our Ariya. Since it is our first EV car, there are still a lot to learn. We just purchased a new Nissan Kicks from here and at a fantastic price! I’ve purchased many new vehicles over the years and I can say this was the easiest most pleasant experience. Nicko, Mattieu and Anthony were as friendly and down to earth as anyone can be. Being an anglophone, I also appreciated that they all were very fluent at speaking English. I did not expect a big city dealer to give the personal touch that we received here…Bravo!!!!
