Humble Hyundai

Got excellent service with a sale from Cristobal "Chris" Torres. He worked really hard for us and never gave up. We eventually ended up purchasing the car from him, and we left Humble Hyundai happy for both sides. We got a fair deal, and the dealership got a fair deal, too. This was the second 'new' car we purchased from Humble Hyundai, and service has always been good. Thanks Chris!

I had the pleasure of working with Marcos Pacheco as my salesperson. As others have mentioned, he was professional, courteous and patient throughout the buying experience. I do not make any major purchases hastily! On my first visit to the dealership, I had just one goal...to see the colors of the Tucson in person. Marcos offered me a test drive, but honored my wishes to return another day. No pressure sell to keep me on the lot. Later that week Marcos was accessible and available on short notice for a test drive. He was informative about the vehicle, and answered all my questions completely. Afterward we discussed my desires in trims and colors. Not having a match on the lot, Marcos began a search for a match. Again, no pressure to "settle" for what was available here. Over the weekend, Marcos was able to secure a trade with a dealership in New Braunfels for a Tucson that met all my specs. Marcos picked up the vehicle Tuesday. On Wednesday, Christmas Eve, we completed the trade-in and paperwork with the finance manager Michael Grubbs. Typically this where you get the hard-sell on overpriced packages from "the closer". Not the case here. Michael was anything but high pressure sell, and was patient with our questions. All participants were satisfied with the terms of what was accepted and declined. The overall process was just about as pleasant as a car buying experience could be. There was no pressure to proceed any faster than the pace I felt comfortable with. Every step along the way, everyone was a pleasure to work with.

I just bought my 3rd Hyundai Santa Fe because not only do I love the brand, they happen to have the best Warranty. My sales experience was great & the least painful car buying experience I’ve ever had! I spoke to Sales Manager, Doug and salesman, Frank Machado and after setting my initial appt, Frank kept me in contact with him. Frank met me for my appt and we discussed the new Santa Fe model, trim level & colors. I purchased the Calligraphy trim for my ‘23 as well as this new ‘26. I also met Doug & both men were pleasant & very attentive. I also found that both had a good sense of humor which I appreciate. Frank went over features of this ‘26 Santa Fe and reiterated safety instructions. Shifting gears is now located on the column instead of buttons on the console & the second row has captain’s seats with a 3rd row bench seat as opposed to the ‘23 model which is a great improvement. I test drove it and found it to be very smooth & handled well. This yr’s model & my sales experience exceeded my expectations. I then met with the finance dept and he answered my questions with no pressure re adding additional warranty products. Everything went well & I drove off shortly thereafter. I want to thank Doug, Frank Machado & the Finance Dept. for making my car buying experience exceptional! I love my new Hyundai!
