VERY disappointed in our experience. We came in prepared to purchase a vehicle and simply wanted to ask questions and compare offers before making a major financial decision. Unfortunately, he was very rude and made us feel like we were a bother for asking questions. We felt as though we were being accused of lying about a competing offer. During our meeting, he repeatedly interrupted us, raised his voice, threw his hands up in frustration, and made several personal comments that made us uncomfortable. Buying a vehicle is a significant purchase, and customers should be able to ask questions and take time to make an informed decision without feeling pressured or disrespected. I have never felt so unwelcome at a dealership and was extremely disappointed with the lack of professionalism we experienced.

would like to give a big shout out to a saleswoman named Reanna Morris! I went in to try to find a good suv & although i didn’t find one i liked, she was wonderful throughout the whole process & never once pressured me! she was very helpful & very knowledgeable about this process! if you are looking for a car please give her a call you will not be disappointed with your experience of having her as your saleswoman!
