Purchase a 2024 Silverado new from this dealer in 2024. Quickest and easiest vehicle purchase I have ever made. They change the oil for less than the local fast change and have always done a great job.

I recently had a tire rotation completed at this dealership, and unfortunately, the lug nuts on one of my wheels were left loose after the service. This is a serious safety concern and something that should never happen. That said, once I brought the issue to their attention, the dealership did take responsibility. They corrected the mistake and replaced the damaged rim, which I do appreciate. While I’m disappointed the situation occurred in the first place, I acknowledge their effort to resolve the issue appropriately. I hope this review encourages greater attention to detail in the future, as customer safety should always be the top priority.

Couldn’t ask for better service than here, Jeffery with the service department went above and beyond for me when my brand new truck was needing some work done, he went out of his way to make sure I had a replacement vehicle to drive while mine was in the shop, he answered every question o had. I sincerely appreciate everything.

Every time my car is there for service they have broke lugnut caps during tire rotation. Service advisor is like “ it happens, but we’re not responsible, those are really expensive”. Did ultimately get them replaced but was told they won’t replace them next time. Won’t be a next time.
