Getting into an accident at the beginning of the year and totaling my car right before my last semester was not on my 2026 bingo card. I didn’t know where to start, but I knew I needed to do something fast while also being reasonable with what I could do considering insurance hasn’t stepped in to help quite yet. I came to Hutchinson Ford scared and uneasy with a pit in my stomach considering I’m still a full time student and I knew making car payments and figuring out insurance was the last thing I needed at the moment. I walked into the building with so many questions and concerns (although not necessarily spoken, my face can speak volumes). The whole team it seemed like stepped in as a whole to create an atmosphere full of empathy and understanding. Mr. Prince, Mr. Lee, and Mr. Quentin made the process as easy as it could’ve been considering the circumstances. The environment was warm and welcoming from the start, and although I was worried about what I could do and worried about was/is to come financially, they helped me not only find a vehicle that could last me a while but gave me multiple options about what I could do in the future with this vehicle from a financial perspective. This business is a family and it shows; they made me feel comfortable when comfort was nowhere in sight. They work with you and your needs to find something that works which is rare in this business. Although I’m still worried about what is to come, they made huge hurdles effortless to jump over. Amazing atmosphere and amazing people!
