Huttig Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I bought a Dodge Ram Promaster van from Huttig Nissan in 2025. The vehicle already had 70k+ miles so I knew that I would probably need to pay for some maintenance in the near future. I had an incident that indicated a transmission problem but the vehicle had a new transmission. I took the vehicle in for a check up that took a few hours of technician time. Everything checked out well but I was concerned that I’d have a pricey diagnostic bill to pay. Even though the vehicle was beyond the “used vehicle” warranty Huttig told me that I did not owe anything. I want thank Huttig for taking care of me with “above and beyond” customer service! Thank you Julie Huttig and staff for a great purchase and service experience!! Highly recommended!

As a business owner with a fleet of trucks, I stopped into Hutting CJDR multiple times over the past couple of years while working in the area, hoping to establish a relationship and get service work done when I'm nearby. Each time, I’ve been met with excuses and zero effort to accommodate even basic maintenance like an oil change and tire rotation. Most recently, I stopped in on Monday with one of my Ram trucks. I told the service advisor I’d be in the area for a couple of days and asked if there was any chance they could fit me in for just an oil change and tire rotation. If they had time, I was prepared to do brakes and tires as well. I even mentioned I had a second Ram nearby that could also use work. The answer? A flat-out “Nope, maybe next week—I don’t know yet.” This was a perfect opportunity to earn a new, loyal customer with consistent business—but they clearly didn’t care. This marks the third time I’ve given them a chance, and it’ll be the last. If you’re a business owner or someone who values reliable service, I suggest looking elsewhere

I absolutely love how you can come here and get your vehicle inspected without an appointment . I had to wait a little while but its way worth it. All the other garages were either booked up or out of inspection stickers. Very friendly staff very courteous environment here at Durochers Auto. I gave them 5 stars for excellence!!

I took my jeep there for an oil change. A few days after the service, the screen kept telling me that the oil needs to be changed, and I was in disbelieve since I barely drive my car. I also noticed the report they handed me indicated the fluids were okay, which is not true because the windshield fluid was not coming out. I called back and asked them why my screen was telling me I needed an oil change if I just had the service done. They said they probably forgot to reset the oil life, so I had to make an appointment to get that done and for them to check my windshield fluid. I told them exactly what the issue was - that it was not spraying water on the windshield. I called the next day to reschedule the appointment, and the lady I spoke with the first time did not even have me scheduled! I was basically going to waste my time when they didn't even made an appointment to begin with. I had to record the second call to confirm my appointment and service since they said they couldn't send me a confirmation email. On the recorded phone call, we touched base on checking my Jeep for a possible washer fluid leak or hose since it was not spraying water on the windshield, and resetting the oil life. My husband took my car that day, and on the way back home, he realized it was still not spraying water, so basically, they didn't even check that. They said they didn't have that in their notes, and I showed my husband the recorded call I have. The service they provide is extremely poor and an absolute joke, do not waste your time there.

Never again! I have 2 Grand Cherokee but they wont see them again. I feel cheated and scammed. Charge me a lot of money but didn't fix the cars problems. I get it ,you need to make money but at least fix the cars!
