Don't buy from here unless you want a death trap. Bought 2019 nissan sentra that had 10k miles on it only driven by the manager or owner according to them. Brought it in about 4 months after buying it to have transmission looked at because it was shifting hard and just didn't feel right. I eye with miles when I got to their shop they took it in a day in waiting room for maybe 20-30 min. They brought me keys said they test drive it checked out over and found nothing wrong with it. While leaving i checked report they gave me. It listed the miles when i got there and miles after 'test drive' they were exactly the same. The car wasn't driven anywhere it say there the whole time. I then brought it in at the 48k miles to have transmission fluid changed they said oh no you don't need that done yet. So i don't bring it there anymore. I have s friend they is a mechanic. So i brought it to him and he said I need you to come look at this before I touch it. He should me the bolts the were in there crooked when he took them out the were cross threaded. All of them were like that. He then showed me the fuse box held on with zip ties. Which might explain why I can't use the radio volume on dashboard because it's not controllable. Try to turn it down it blasts louder try turn it up it turns it all the way down. I have to use the steering wheel volume. The brakes have locked up on me on a sunny cloudless day no traffic nothing in road doing 60 miles an hour. Thank God it didn't cause an accident this has happened twice. Now todays issue is the transmission fluid cap under hood won't come off. THEY USED JD WELD(or something similar) TO SEAL THAT CAP ON THERE! Guess now I know why they didn't want to change the transmission fluid that day at 48k miles which is a reasonable time to have it changed. Thats a lot of issues for a car that has only 10k miles on it and the only driver was the owner. Something isn't right someone lied about something and I sending this into the AG. So if you are looking for a vehicle do not buy it from here. You will regret it if you do. If you do bring it to a second trusted mechanic to have the whole car inspected.

First of all I purchase a lot of automobiles and have dealt with many dealerships. This is so far I had a great experience with my salesman. I have not pulled trigger yet so can't really give a full experience. That being said he was very polite, knowledgeable, and not pushy. He answered everything I asked. The facility is very nice and their inventory is good.

I came in just to look around, while there I fell in love with the 2023 Nissan Platinum Pathfinder. Molly was my sales representative and she was absolutely fantastic, she didn’t pressure me, she even allowed me to go see what I could get from other Nissan dealers. Also, her entire team of finance managers, as well as the gentleman who came down to meet me to pick my car up were just absolutely incredible to me and they truly do care about their customers. I would 100% tell all my family and friends if you want help without all the run around or feeling of being pressured definitely go see Molly and her team. I even have my mom convinced to trade in her Honda CRV with Huttig Nissan in Plattsburgh. Oh yeah let me not forget she even through in some awesome Huttig Nissan of Plattsburgh hats for me and my fiancé. Thank you so much Molly for all of your help.
