Hyundai at Ste-Agathe Val-David

Terrible experience at this dealership. The reception guy’s attitude was cold from the moment I walked in, and the salesperson acted like he didn’t even want to sell me a car. The whole time, I felt like I was there to borrow a car, not buy one. Unprofessional and arrogant. Definitely not coming back.

Recently bought a Tucson, great vehicle. Thank you to Mme Julie LeBlanc and Alexandre Millette. I do recommend this dealership.

Marc-André was extremely helpful and communicative. He took the time to explain everything about my new car to me, and was quick to respond to my messages whenever I had a question.

I wasn't sure if i should write this but i have decided to let it be known. On Thursday evening i made an appoint with the dealership to come in on Friday to take a look at a vehicle, a palisade so not a cheap vehicle by any means. When we got there, they were unaware of us arriving, even after being open for a couple hours which should have been enough time to see that there was an appointment made through their website. i believe her name was Marie-Claude arrived and was not friendly at all, seemed rather annoyed that we were there. We went to her office where she without asking us, assumed that we would be financing the vehicle over 7 years and said very bluntly, it will cost you 1000$/month. Little did she know that we were not interested in financing... She asked us what we were looking for and we mentioned the Palisade, she said that they have one that could be used to test drive, but that my wife and i would have to take turns and that we could not bring our kids and their car seats along. We made it clear that we wanted to test a vehicle with our kid seats to see how they fit, if there was room, how the visibility is etc. she proceeded to tell me numerous times that it was impossible because the vehicle is being used by the manager as his personal vehicle and he has car seats in it currently and would not allow us to remove them. because "it would take an hour to put them back", this took about half an hour or so of marie-claude texting her boss to find out if we could test drive the vehicle as the keys were missing. so she finally did show us the vehicle and made absolutely 0 effort in trying to sell us the vehicle, 0 effort in telling us about it. basically stood there and said nothing to us. absolutely disappointing. All in all, this place lost a vehicle sale and lost a customer as i already have a Hyundai and was using it for maintenance for it. Will never return here

Had some little issues a couple months ago. All issues were dealt with very well and thanks to Sandra and the rest of the team for the service
