I had a great experience with Axel my Service Representative. He was professional, friendly, and went above and beyond to help me throughout the process. He took the time to answer all my questions, kept me informed, and made sure everything was handled smoothly. Unfortunately, the vehicle ended up having some significant issues, which was very disappointing. However, that was not a reflection of his effort or dedication. He did everything he could to provide excellent service, and I really appreciate his help. Exceptional customer service! 5 stars for Service, 2 stars as a car brand.

I went for an oil change and could not be happier. I received an appointment fast. When I arrived my car was instantly put into the garage. After about 35-40minutes I was on my way back home. No nonsense. I will be returning for oil changes and minor maintenance. When I called Blainville Ford the lady on the phone got frustrated with me while I was trying to speak French so she just hung up. I did not have that problem at Hyundai. Obviously will have to use Ford for specific services and repairs (ie recalls) but I will not go there for regular service. Thanks Hyundai from an English dude with an American truck!

From the first moment and throughout the process I probably dealt with five or six people. Everyone was excellent, professional, courteous, patient, and worked with me to ensure I was 100% satisfied and informed. The car sold itself but the people locked in the deal.
