If you are looking to purchase a car you don't have to look any further to find a dealer that has earned every one of their 5 star reviews. Francis our sales person was fantastic to work with. There were a few small bumps with language but after a few laughs it all worked out. We purchased a 2023 Ioniq 5 long distance over the phone and via email. When we finally got to see it in person it was everything Francis said it was and more!!! To explain "Long Distance" we live in Ontario 1118 km from Baie-Saint-Paul and all I can say is it was worth the drive. Merci Beaucoup Francis Dolly and Gary
Feels like a greedy sell-only mentality dealership. Tried to get service info on a used Hyundai which I tried to purchase, was transferred to a salesperson who, instead, asked me what car I would like to buy from them. Once realizing it was for a service record only, never responded. Many requests from their Chat personnel for the same were answered extremely politely but to no avail over 24 hours. Many requests, promises, yet nothing sent to me. Ended up calling Hyundai Canada who promised to take the matter up with them. Very bad vibes... Sorry.... :(
