THE worst experience with a car dealership EVER! After purchase of a used car, General Manager messaged, inviting us to share our experience, unless able to provide ***** rating, he encouraged us to contact him. We did, 4 TIMES!! (See his comment below) No response. Sold us a 3 year old car with 10,000 km > shown on Offer, and Contract; vehicle required a new front bumper harness for sensors to work; required 2 new rims as they were bent along with necessary balancing and alignment; a windshield as it was so pitted that when driving towards the sun, one could not see; new shock absorber required within 1st three months. We flew from Ontario to Quebec to purchase this vehicle, having owned 2 previous Hyundai vehicles; drove it home only to have to spend a further $1500 in repairs and have it serviced 6 times in 4 months. Did I mention dealership insisted we pay the higher Quebec sales tax at the dealership and apply for a refund after paying Ontario sales tax at home. Revenue Quebec said dealer was required to refund. THEY DID NOT! Story doesn't end there...upon arriving home to Ontario and taking the vehicle to Superior Hyundai for service, a nasty scratch showed up on the hood after they washed the vehicle; dealer denied responsibility or rectification as they insisted they were not servicing anything under the hood at the time!

Bought a used Honda CRV. Steeven was above and beyond and made the process easy.

The worst and last Hyundai car I’ll ever buy. I’ll tell you , if you buy a used car for more than 23k you assume it’ll be in great shape. No more than 1 year later they add to change the motor , the breaks, the battery and many more components that were supposed to be good as new in the car report. That was my third Hyundai car and will be my last.
