I recently leased a 2025 Venue at Hyundai lIe Perrot. I was very fortunate to have Gabriel Gagnon as my salesperson/advisor. Gabriel knows his products from a-z, listens to your needs and concerns with great attention to detail.I understand why Gabriel has won outstanding salesperson on his desk! The financing person Ralph Kabrita was just as knowledgable and professional in regards to all of my questions concerning the different types of financing and insurances available.9 Not only did I have a car within two days, I also received a phone call as well as two follow up emails from Gabriel Gagnon. Purchased an Elantra hybrid through Simon. For what could have been a difficult transaction being based out of Ontario, Simon has made the decision and the entire process easier than if I went to a dealer in Ontario. Very happy with service received and would highly recommend to anyone looking to purchase at a great price with matching quality.

I brought my 2015 Hyundai Elantra in with an engine knock code (P1326/P1327). The dealership charged $181.24 just to scan and report the code I had already observed and given to them. No physical inspection or verification of the engine was performed. The invoice also included $11.68 for lubricant, anti-seize, and two degreasers, which were not meaningfully applied. I was then told I would need to pay an additional 4 hours at $181.24/hour tax incl. (~$725) just to determine whether the engine needed replacement. This approach felt more like a financial gate than useful service. The total cost just to confirm the engine’s condition would have been over $900 with their pricing, with no guarantee of resolution. I cannot recommend this dealership for diagnosis based on my experience. The service provided did not reflect value for the cost, and there was no effort to properly diagnose or address the issue.
