AMAZING experience!!! As easy as it should be. Carlos (sales) was hands down the BEST. He was tenacious but not annoying or pushy at any point. Jake (manager) was easy to talk to, negotiate with, straight forward and just a solid dude. Irving (finance) was just as great as he wasn't pushy, he was patient, polite and SUPER helpful in getting us the financing we desired. I admittedly was not an easy person to deal with 🤣 but the whole team truly worked with me to get the EXACT Santa Fe Hybrid my wife wanted. When you know what you want and are realistic, this is the ONLY dealership to go to!!! They may be newer but Boucher never fails!!! The whole process was smooth and they helped my wife get in the vehicle she wanted all within LESS than 12 hours (TOTAL)!!!!! I recently purchased a new vehicle from Lake Country Hyundai, and overall, my experience was wonderful. To start, I’ve always loved Hyundai vehicles. I previously owned a 2022 Tucson Hybrid, which I absolutely loved. However, I was putting a lot of miles on it quickly, so I decided to upgrade to a Santa Fe. When I first visited the dealership, the exact vehicle I wanted wasn’t available in the showroom, so they arranged to have one brought in from another location. Due to some misunderstandings on both sides, the vehicle that arrived wasn’t exactly what I had in mind. At the time, our original salesperson was off, but a more experienced salesperson, Rafael Dianov, stepped in right away. He could tell I was disappointed and worked closely with the sales manager to make things right. They went above and beyond by locating the correct vehicle at another dealership and bringing it in for me. I truly appreciated their effort and commitment to ensuring I got exactly what I wanted—I’m now immensely happy with my purchase. We did spend quite a bit of time at the dealership, but throughout the process, Rafael was incredibly helpful and attentive, making sure everything was handled properly. I also want to mention how beautiful the facility is. The showroom is impressive, and the guest and service waiting areas are very comfortable. As much as I don’t typically enjoy the car-buying process, they made it far less stressful. The entire team was professional and clearly committed to both customer satisfaction and supporting their staff. While our original salesperson was newer and still gaining experience, I really respect how the dealership is investing in helping him grow and succeed.
