Unfortunately, when I returned for my latest vehicle, I was treated like a number, not a customer. The focus was on bottom line, not value. That experience had me seriously considering other brands. Very upset with the service. They gave us a dirty car and insurance we didn't ask for. To cancel the insurance, we spoke to three different people, and they all kept insisting we keep it. They cleaned the car, but since we didn't accept the insurance, they charged us $300 for the cleaning. It took almost two hours for them to give us back the car, which was supposed to be ready, and to sign a new contract.

I have had a great experience with this dealership and shop. Sebastian was helpful when we bought our car, and Karoll-Ann was great when we took it for maintenance. Thank you!
