Peyton, the salesman was a pleasure to deal with, very affable, courteous and knowledgeable. He helped me immensely with the new car, hard for the age impaired to keep up with all the latest technology. He was also offered the best deal as I had shopped around. Overall a very excellent experience

Great place to come if you are shopping for a vehicle and don't want to feel pressured. They are there to sell, but listen and try to find the best fit for you. Pricing is definitely fair, given the market/economy. Financing is always time consuming to dot all the i's and cross all the t's, but was easy enough overall. I will definitely consider doing business again when I have the need.

Warning.. Long review. We went in to the dealership with what was admittedly a very difficult deal. Throughly explained our situation of what we needed to do and our budget. We explained we had been to another dealer in town and after going there for two days and a total of 6 hours they were only able to get within $150 per month of our budget. Was told no problem by mangers and salespeople and assured they would not waste our time or jerk us around unlike other dealerships in this area. Was told with pride many times how transparent they were and did not string people along. Told them many times to both the salesmen and the managers that if we couldn’t do a deal just let us know to please not waste our time. Was shown a vehicle with a window sticker price three times higher than I thought we could afford but was told “Don’t worry. It’s a manager’s special on sale. We would be amazed at what the final price would be. “ ( we were)Almost 4 hours later and a trip to my house for an off site appraisal of one of the trade ins we were presented with an estimate with a vehicle priced higher than the original window sticker and payments four times higher than we had talk about all day and that we had been assured we could get. When we expressed our shock and disbelief in this and our displeasure in being jerked around for four hours the only responses we got were “what’s the problem and that’s the best we can do”. Guess if you have a very simple deal and don’t mind what your payments are Hyundai of Asheville might be a place to buy a car if they are the only dealer left after the apocalypse but otherwise would steer very clear of this dealership.

Great experience at Hyundai of Asheville. Everything was smooth, no pressure, and the process was actually easy. Payton (sales consultant) was helpful, clear, and respectful the whole time. Loving my Elantra so far 🩶

We traded in our Kona lease for a New Santa Fe today! It was so great seeing Lee again. He helped us with our previous lease and always makes the process easy and fun! Kyle was our finance guy and was wonderful about explaining all pur lease protection options!
