Best dealership ever!!! Purposely drove an hour to get the best deal and best service! Austin Whitis was fantastic getting the car ready and Alejandro Sanchez made it's super easy to get all the paperwork finalized, they both deserve a raise for their exceptional customer service! We will be back to buy a truck in a year or 2!

I tried to file a warranty claim on a panoramic sunroof because it exploded while driving. Hyundai Brenham said the claim was denied because something hit the glass. Not sure how they came to that conclusion when they never removed the black trash bag covering the sunroof. Very disappointing considering they had my car for over a week. If I could give zero stars I would. Buyer beware, they pitch their warranty and how they back it but that was not the case. Update response to owner: During my interaction with John I never raised my voice or threatened legal action. The loaner was returned by the email due date of 04/29.

The entire experience was seamless. The salesman Austin was great. Picked the car I wanted, and got the drive out price. From arrival to getting the keys was under an hour. Fastest car buying experience I have ever had. Highly recommend!
