I had a great experience working with Patrick as my service advisor. He is extremely knowledgeable and took the time to clearly explain what my vehicle needed. I also appreciated how he suggested additional services that could help maintain my car long-term, without ever feeling pushy. Patrick was professional, honest, and easy to work with from start to finish. It’s clear he genuinely cares about providing good service and making sure customers feel confident in their decisions. I would definitely recommend him to anyone looking for a trustworthy and reliable service advisor.

This review is overdue ( I purchased my car in Nov and just got busy with the holidays) but I definitely wanted to say a HUGE "Thank you" to Jalen and the dealership for such a wonderful experience when I purchased my Hyundai Sonata N Line. Jalen is knowledge and probably the most helpful and courteous sales person that I've ever worked with. Jalen, you are a rock star!! Everyone at the dealership was friendly from the receptionist to the sales manager and everyone in between. I absolutely LOVE my new car and couldn't be happier with the entire experience. If you're looking to purchase a vehicle, I can't recommend Hyundai of Charleston enough and I definitely recommend that you ask for Jalen as a sales person. I am very grateful to AJ, the service adviser at this location! He was able to resolve my oil consumption issues on my vehicle under warranty! I was given the run around at the North Charleston location when I took my vehicle there. Thankfully, AJ knew exactly what needed to be done and walked me through the entire process. He is great at his job and I'm never taking my vehicle anywhere else. When I'm ready to upgrade to a new vehicle, I will certainly take my business to Hyundai of Charleston.

Thank the Lord for Hyundai of Charleston on Marginal Road. Thank you Derek so much for taking our car in on a whim to fix our flat plus finding a blowout on the other tire. We popped a tire last night and are able to head back home to Pittsburgh today because of the kindness and willingness of this awesome place. They also fixed the recall that needed done and had a great deal on 4 tires going so we had them all replaced. An excellent experience and my husband and I are so grateful.

All staff at this lovely new dealership site are welcoming. The physical space is great, open, sunny, clean really comfortable. Hyundai was a new car company for us. No disappointment here. I love my EV IONIQ 5, Jacob “sprout” was simply fabulous. Not a pushy sales person. He happily went the extra mile that other car companies didn’t. He was always available. We contacted all other car dealerships who advertised EV models. They had no available EV cars. They didn’t even try to get one. We wanted to purchase an EV. We wanted local maintenance. Plus they offered a car to use while doing maintenance. Nice. Jacob is a professional. He drove our car down from North Charleston. Jacob was and remains an open source for all information needed to make a successful decision. Importantly, he continues to be support with anything related to my IONIQ 5 Hyundai. Perfect !
