I could not have asked for a better experience than what I received at Hyundai of Cookeville! From Maci in service, to Samuel in Finance, I had a very easy purchasing experience. Maci so kindly put me in a rental while I researched if I should fix my sonata or trade it in without rushing me. Andrew in sales went above and beyond! I live over an hour away so I could not shop in person like I'd like. I gave him my budget and he sent me options to consider. When I arrived on Saturday, he had them both ready for me to look at and test drive. After picking the red Tucson, I was in finance shortly afterwards to complete the purchase. Samuel presented all options and I chose what options worked for me without being pressured. After research, settled in on the advantages of the Tuscon XRT. Final answer! Gave Glenn our requirements and wish list as well as our bottom line. It didn't align exactly with what seemed possible, but we gave it our best shot. Budget was a priority. When he got the price OTD to within $16 of our bottom line, we felt comfortable making the deal! We paid just a bit more for the (no longer available 3 year free) maintenance agreement, which was our only disappointment in the whole deal (but the cost wasn't unreasonable). The Tuscon is a great little car and we wanted the straight gas version vs the hybrid, and the Hyundai Tuscon XRT was out favorite. Glenn helped make this happen. The particular model/color we wanted had to be picked up from another dealer; not only did we not have to pay extra for the transfer to Hyundai of Cookville, Glenn personally delivered it to our home in Crossville after providing us with a loaner. It was delivered two days later. Overall, a 5 star experience! I recommend Hyundai, the gas Tuscon XRT, and Glenn without any hesitancy!
