Was looking for a massive upgrade over my current vehicle, and a GMC Terrain caught my eye. I waited a few days before I pulled the trigger, and dropped a email to their out of hours email box. Within 10 minutes of them opening, the following day, Britten was contacting me. We scheduled a viewing the following day, and it went smooth. He was upfront with everything, gave me a full rundown of what to expect from their services, didn't hassle or try to push any services I may not need. The test drive was smooth and he was chit-chatting the whole way, wasn't stone faced or quiet. Finances went real smooth and quick. Was there at 1 pm, and out at 3, and majority of that time was waiting on DMV (go figure!). Overall, great personality, great service, and great values! EXCELLENT customer service, value of product, & patience by salesperson Jackson S., Chris & Max while we inquired, test drove, and purchased our new 2025 Hyundai Elantra Blue hybrid. The dealership helped in many ways, including with rebate, dealer incentives, and excellent trade-in value for our 2025 Toyota Corolla. We are extremely pleased with the experience and also in our new Elantra that has many more standard features and is MUCH more comfortable than the 2025 Corolla LE hybrid we traded in. We were looking for a vehicle at many dealerships in Eau Claire area. We knew we needed help but no one was around then we stopped at One Automotive Hyundai and Lucas Stafford came out introduced himself, asked if he could help us(we were just going to leave). We told him exactly what we were looking for and time frame we needed. He showed us around and took us to his office and showed other vehicles at their other 5 other car lots! He was so helpful and kind to us. We picked some cars out to look at but Lucas actually did research for us on what we were looking for...Wow!! He had them ready for the next day for us to test drive. Lucas knew exactly what I was looking for!!! Lucas knew how important we needed the vehicle by Friday morning. He got us new tires,detailed and full gas tank!! Lucas had everything wrapped up on Wednesday! I can not thank Lucas Stafford enough for all he did for us!!!
