My experience was so fantastic. Great customer service. My salesperson was very helpful very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed this experience. Yes, I will come back I'm so grateful for the team working with me in my situation. I am a traveling caregiver. And I needed some reliable transportation. The patients paid out, they were willing to put me in their vehicle. I'm so grateful. my car had blown up and I needed reliable transportation. I am a caregiver. tech, I see a lot of patients back-and-forth traveling at times I don't know how many miles I'm gonna put on my car, but I am here as a caregiver. We need to go to people homes and make sure that they're taking their medication in different things. So for the team to work with me and to put me in a vehicle, I'm grateful.

I was shopping online for a used Sante Fe. I found one at Kennesaw Hyundai that was the color exterior and interior that we wanted and a bonus was it was a Calligraphy model. We felt the price was fair and made contact online. Salesman Todd Prine reached out by email and text. Asking if was okay to text. We handled the majority of the negotiations through text, so there was no misunderstandings. It’s in writing to go back and look at again. Although, I did misunderstand one of them and I thought someone else was in the office buying the car we were looking at. Turns out I was wrong and Todd straightened it out. After an easy finance application and a review of what was being financed, we signed the contract electronically. Everything was approved and I drove up from Florida to pick up our, new to us, Sante Fe Calligraphy. It was a very easy buying experience. Thank you Todd and Austin for making this as simple as possible.

Lynn was our sales rep. She was very knowledgeable and professional about her work. She made us feel very welcome and the whole experience at Hyundai Kennesaw was quick and easy. Lynn went above and beyond. She even showed up on her day off just to make sure everything went smoothly with us picking up the car.

Awesome experience from beginning to end. I walked in and there were other sales people that were available to help, but Mr. Glenn was the only one to greet us with a smile, he was able to get my credit app going while helping another customer at the same time, and fed me! I walked in on Faith and God let me drive out with my vehicle that I fell in love with from the second I saw it. The whole process was more than exceptional. From Mr. Glenn, to the sales manager and to the finance manager, everyone were so accommodating and personable. I am happy to be a proud hyundai owner. To top their customer service, they sent me brownies as a thank you gift!!! I will recommend anyone to visit hyundai of kennesaw, ask for Mr. Glenn, he's amazing! Thanks for a great experience. I'll be back to get that Genesis, hopefully sooner than later.
