I had an absolutely amazing experience with Ody at Hyundai of Las Vegas. I originally inquired about the Palisade Hybrid Calligraphy, and from the very first message, Ody was on it. He responded quickly, asked all the right questions — whether I wanted gas or hybrid, what colors I was considering — and actually listened to what I was looking for. He checked inventory right away and sent me every color option available so I could really think through my choice. The night before my appointment, he even sent me a personalized welcome video, which I thought was such a nice touch. The next day he followed up to confirm our time, which showed me he was organized and valued my time. When I arrived, everything was ready. He walked me through all the color options in person, no pressure at all. We test drove it, and I was instantly hooked — the features were everything I wanted and more. What really stood out is that he took me to the back lot multiple times just to make sure I was completely happy with the color I chose. That kind of patience and attention matters. I never once felt like a number or just another sale. I felt like a guest. Ody made the entire experience feel elevated, comfortable, and genuinely enjoyable. Update: after 2 weeks finally kamran called back and pretty much said sold as is they can’t do anything. So I would avoid this dealership when it comes to used cars and buying out of state. Cause they do not care once the car is sold. Bought car through driveway from this dealership, Told them to give pictures or any damages and they only sent small minor scratches and said if there was an accident it was professionally fixed but there’s paint chipping on the bed which means it’s wasn’t prepped properly for paint and there’s overspray on the trim on top of the bed and marks but didn’t show a giant dent on the top of the door causing door to not close all the way and alignment of the door Update: it has been a week since I’ve emailed kamran and I have called and left voicemail while his coworkers have said he is in his office and has not responded to me. Poor worksmanship thousands of dollars of repairs need that was never disclosed

My buying experience was good and smooth, although I wasn’t informed about the car’s bad Carfax report until I was signing the documents. Also, I had to wait three days for the car to be repaired and delivered.
